Callie Woodward has been named President of Villa Beautiful. Effective February 9, 2004, Villa Beautiful's Chairman and CEO, David G. Balzen, appointed Woodward to the position as a move to reorganize the company's Executive Management Team to provide strategic oversight to the company's growing distributor base and in preparation for the forming of a Board of Directors. In addition to her new role, Woodward will also maintain her current responsibilities as Chief Sales Officer of Villa Beautiful.
Woodward is a founding Executive of Villa Beautiful, and has successfully spearheaded the growth of the distributor group into 25 states over 10 months. "I'm looking forward to working with the current management team, continuing to strengthen Villa Beautiful's leadership position in the network marketing industry, and accomplishing our goals to make a difference in the lives of women across America," Woodward said.
In other Villa Beautiful organizational changes, Connie Byrd has been named Controller, an intirim role previously held by the company's CFO, Doug Tucker. Tucker will now focus entirely on the company's strategic financial planning and alliances.
Tammy Knight has accepted the role of Leader of the distributor group's Leadership Council and will work closely with the company's Executive Management Team on various company initiatives.
